Pet Nat Rosé VCP

Pet Nat

Pét-Nat, which in English means “natural sparkling” is a catch-all term for practically and sparkling wine made in a méthode ancestrale, meaning the wine is bottled before primary fermentation is finished, without the addition of secondary sugars.

Our Pét-Nat Rosé is a co-fermentation of the Tannat and Merlot varieties, where the Tannat provides us with acidity, vivacity and the Merlot provides fruity aromas, balance and silkiness.
